Acceptance Of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Dropship Calendar website, software, tools, automations, accounts, support, communications, and related services. By accessing or using Dropship Calendar, you agree to these terms.
If you use Dropship Calendar on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and references to you include that organization.
Accounts And Security
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding login credentials, limiting access to authorized users, and protecting any third-party accounts, devices, credentials, cookies, tokens, or API access used with Dropship Calendar.
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken by your team members, contractors, connected services, automations, or anyone using your credentials. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account or connected services have been compromised.
Subscriptions, Billing, And Renewals
Paid plans are subscription-based unless stated otherwise at checkout. By starting a paid plan, you authorize Dropship Calendar and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for subscription fees, renewals, taxes, upgrades, add-ons, and other amounts you authorize.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period shown at checkout or in your account unless canceled before renewal. You are responsible for keeping payment information current. We may suspend, downgrade, restrict, or terminate access if payment fails, a charge is disputed, or an account is past due.
Prices, plan names, feature limits, listing limits, usage limits, and included services may change. If a change affects an active paid subscription, we will handle the change in the manner described at checkout, in your account, in a notice to you, or as required by applicable law.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your Dropship Calendar subscription, use the Billing Dashboard within your Dropship Calendar account. You may also directly message a Dropship Calendar staff member, who can forward your request to Zach or another authorized Dropship Calendar representative for prompt assistance.
Cancellation requests may require account verification, confirmation of the subscription to be canceled, or other information reasonably needed to process the request. A cancellation stops future renewals once processed or confirmed by Dropship Calendar, but it does not automatically refund charges that have already been incurred.
To avoid renewal charges, submit cancellation requests before the next renewal date. Unless we state otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation does not remove your responsibility for charges, fees, or amounts that accrued before the cancellation was processed.
Refund Policy
Dropship Calendar maintains a no-refund policy for monthly and yearly subscription charges after they have been processed, unless a refund is required by applicable law or we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
If you submit a cancellation request after your monthly or yearly subscription has already been charged, you are not eligible for a refund for that billing cycle. Your cancellation will apply to future renewals once processed or confirmed by Dropship Calendar.
If you believe there are unusual circumstances, you may reach us through our contact page. We may, in our sole discretion and without obligation, offer an alternative solution, account credit, extension, partial accommodation, or other compensation on a case-by-case basis. Any accommodation in one instance does not create a right to future refunds or accommodations.
Lifetime, Legacy, And Grandfathered Access
If Dropship Calendar offers, grants, or recognizes lifetime, legacy, or grandfathered access, that access means access for one Dropship Calendar account to the Pro-tier privileges made available to lifetime accounts for as long as Dropship Calendar continues to operate and support the applicable service.
Lifetime access applies to one account only. It is not transferable, assignable, resellable, sublicensable, shareable, rentable, redeemable for cash, or movable to another person, business, entity, account, or beneficial owner without our prior written approval.
As of the current Pro plan, Pro-tier privileges include Product Discovery, Automatic Listing, Smart Inventory, Auto Ordering, Volume Checker, Automator, up to two eBay stores, and active listing access described as unlimited. All access remains subject to these terms, account standing, fair-use limits, technical limits, security limits, marketplace limits, supplier limits, third-party service availability, and operational safeguards.
Lifetime access does not include tracking conversions, agentic use, future premium add-ons, usage-based features, managed services, done-for-you services, custom development, private coaching, premium support, additional store slots, third-party fees, supplier purchases, shipping costs, taxes, marketplace fees, payment processing fees, or standalone products or services unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
We may modify, rename, replace, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, plans, or services over time. Lifetime access does not guarantee that any specific feature, third-party integration, supplier workflow, marketplace workflow, automation, data source, or service will remain available indefinitely.
Lifetime access may be suspended or terminated if the account violates these terms, creates legal, security, payment, platform, marketplace, supplier, operational, reputational, or user-safety risk, is involved in abuse or unauthorized sharing, or is subject to a chargeback, disputed payment, fraud concern, or other account-standing issue.
Unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Dropship Calendar in writing, lifetime purchases and one-time lifetime access fees are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
Platform Tools And Automation
Dropship Calendar provides tools for product research, listing workflows, pricing, inventory monitoring, order workflows, tracking workflows, analytics, communications, and related automation. You choose which features to use and are responsible for configuring, reviewing, approving, and monitoring your settings, listings, products, prices, inventory, orders, suppliers, and connected accounts.
Automation may create, edit, revise, end, delete, import, export, synchronize, purchase, fulfill, upload, or otherwise affect listings, products, orders, tracking details, marketplace data, supplier data, and account records. You authorize Dropship Calendar to take actions on your behalf when you enable, configure, schedule, approve, or otherwise use those features.
You understand that automation depends on user settings, third-party data, supplier availability, marketplace systems, browser sessions, APIs, network conditions, and other factors outside our control. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and correcting errors before they cause business, marketplace, supplier, customer, or account issues.
Connected Supplier Accounts And Order Fulfillment
If you connect or provide access to Amazon, supplier, marketplace, shipping, tracking, or other third-party accounts, you authorize Dropship Calendar to access those accounts and perform actions you enable, configure, approve, or request, including order review, order placement, fulfillment assistance, shipping-address submission, supplier-order tracking, tracking-number retrieval, tracking updates, cancellations, returns, and related account workflows.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of order details, buyer information, shipping addresses, selected suppliers, payment methods, account permissions, marketplace and supplier compliance, and any charges, purchases, cancellations, account reviews, restrictions, suspensions, bans, delivery problems, customer disputes, or other third-party outcomes arising from connected-account or fulfillment workflows.
Marketplace And Supplier Responsibility
You remain solely responsible for your marketplace accounts, supplier relationships, product sourcing, listings, product descriptions, images, prices, inventory, shipping settings, customer communications, returns, refunds, taxes, legal compliance, and compliance with all applicable marketplace, supplier, payment, shipping, and platform policies.
Dropship Calendar does not act as your marketplace, supplier, payment processor, tax advisor, legal advisor, shipping provider, or merchant of record. You are responsible for determining whether your use of Dropship Calendar, including any connected services or automations, is permitted by each third-party service you use.
Third-Party Account Actions
Marketplaces, suppliers, payment processors, shipping providers, social platforms, and other third-party services are controlled by their own operators and governed by their own terms, rules, policies, limits, algorithms, reviews, and enforcement decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dropship Calendar is not responsible for third-party account reviews, holds, restrictions, suspensions, bans, terminations, listing removals, search ranking changes, withheld funds, lost privileges, policy warnings, rate limits, API restrictions, supplier cancellations, payment disputes, shipping issues, or other third-party actions or outcomes, including if they occur after you use Dropship Calendar.
User Content And Data
You retain ownership of content and data you submit or connect to Dropship Calendar, subject to any rights held by third parties. You grant Dropship Calendar a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, modify, and use that content and data as needed to provide, secure, support, maintain, and improve the service.
You represent that you have all rights, permissions, consents, and lawful bases needed to provide, connect, import, process, and use your content, store data, buyer data, order data, supplier data, tracking data, and other information through Dropship Calendar.
Prohibited Use
You may not use Dropship Calendar for illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, infringing, or unauthorized activity. You may not use the service to sell prohibited products, violate intellectual-property rights, misrepresent products or prices, interfere with third-party systems, bypass marketplace or supplier rules, overload services, reverse engineer the platform, scrape without authorization, resell access without permission, or compromise security.
We may investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts or features if we believe use of Dropship Calendar creates legal, security, payment, platform, marketplace, supplier, operational, reputational, or user-safety risk.
Third-Party Services
Dropship Calendar may integrate with or rely on third-party services such as marketplaces, supplier websites, Amazon, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, email providers, tracking services, communications tools, and other tools chosen by you or used to operate the service.
Third-party services may change, suspend, restrict, rate limit, block, discontinue, or modify their websites, APIs, data, policies, fees, or functionality at any time. Dropship Calendar is not responsible for third-party services, and we do not guarantee that any integration, automation, data source, or workflow will remain available, accurate, or compatible.
No Professional Advice
Dropship Calendar may provide business, product, pricing, marketplace, supplier, analytics, or operational information, but the service does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, employment, or professional advice. You are responsible for obtaining professional advice appropriate for your business.
No Guarantee Of Results
Business and marketplace results vary. Dropship Calendar does not guarantee revenue, profit, sales volume, listing performance, account health, marketplace approval, supplier availability, customer satisfaction, ranking, traffic, conversion, or any particular business outcome.
Any examples, metrics, product information, estimates, testimonials, training, or educational content are provided for informational purposes and do not guarantee that you will achieve similar results.
Service Availability And Changes
We may modify, update, suspend, restrict, discontinue, or replace any part of Dropship Calendar at any time, including features, plans, integrations, workflows, limits, documentation, and support channels. We may perform maintenance or experience interruptions, delays, errors, data issues, or outages.
We are not responsible for losses or damages caused by downtime, delayed processing, inaccurate third-party data, unavailable integrations, user settings, marketplace changes, supplier changes, network issues, or events outside our reasonable control, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Suspension And Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Dropship Calendar if you violate these terms, fail to pay amounts owed, create risk for the service or other users, misuse automation, violate third-party rules, trigger security concerns, submit disputed or fraudulent payments, or if continued access could create legal, operational, marketplace, supplier, or reputational risk.
You may stop using the service at any time, but stopping use does not automatically cancel paid subscriptions or remove obligations that accrued before cancellation or termination.
Intellectual Property
Dropship Calendar and its software, website, design, workflows, features, text, graphics, logos, code, documentation, and other materials are owned by Dropship Calendar or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property and other laws.
Except for rights expressly granted in these terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Dropship Calendar.
Feedback
If you provide feedback, ideas, requests, or suggestions, you grant Dropship Calendar a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or compensation.
Disclaimer Of Warranties
Dropship Calendar is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dropship Calendar and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of revenue, goodwill, data, customers, listings, account access, marketplace privileges, supplier access, business opportunities, or business interruption.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Dropship Calendar will not exceed the amount you paid to Dropship Calendar for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to liability, or one hundred dollars if you did not pay for the service during that period.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dropship Calendar and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your account, content, listings, products, orders, buyers, suppliers, marketplace accounts, connected services, use of automation, violation of these terms, violation of law, violation of third-party rights, or violation of third-party terms or policies.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information. By using Dropship Calendar, you also agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing Law And Disputes
These terms and any disputes relating to Dropship Calendar will be governed by the laws stated in any written agreement between you and Dropship Calendar. If no separate written agreement applies, the governing law and forum will be determined by applicable law and the location of Dropship Calendar's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us through our contact page and attempt to resolve the dispute informally, except where applicable law gives you the right to proceed differently.
Changes To Terms
We may update these terms as the website, platform, business, pricing, features, legal obligations, or third-party services evolve. Continued use after updated terms are posted or otherwise provided means you accept the revised terms.
