Acceptance And Program Version
These Referral Program Terms govern your participation in the Dropship Calendar Referral Program. By obtaining or sharing a referral link, or by accepting referral earnings or rewards, you agree to these terms, the Dropship Calendar Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy.
These terms are version 2026-08-23 and are effective August 23, 2026. The program version assigned when a referral is attributed controls that referral's discount, commission rate, qualification period, earning window, payout minimum, and related commercial terms.
If these Referral Program Terms conflict with general help content about the Referral Program, these terms control. The Dropship Calendar Terms of Service continue to govern your account and use of the service.
Eligibility And Participation
The Referral Program is available to eligible Dropship Calendar members whose accounts and referral profiles are in good standing. You must have the legal capacity and authority to accept these terms. No application or payout account is required before an eligible member copies and shares a referral link.
A referred customer must be a genuinely new Dropship Calendar customer. Existing customers, replacement or duplicate accounts, self-referrals, and accounts created to evade eligibility rules do not qualify. A customer, subscription, or payment may be attributed to only one referrer under the program's attribution rules.
Cash payouts initially are available only to eligible United States persons or businesses that Stripe can onboard under our approved Stripe Connect configuration. A member may share a link before payout eligibility is verified, but sharing does not guarantee eligibility for a cash payout.
Referral Links And Attribution
A referral link identifies your referral profile and may place a secure referral record in the visitor's browser. A valid referral visit may be attributed for up to 30 days. The referred person must complete the supported signup and subscription flow while the attribution remains valid.
Attribution is not guaranteed. It may fail or be denied when a link is invalid, expired, suspended, overwritten under the applicable attribution rules, blocked by browser or privacy settings, used outside the supported signup flow, or connected to an ineligible account or transaction.
You may not alter referral links or use redirects, scripts, cookies, browser extensions, adware, forced clicks, or other methods that conceal the referring source, interfere with another referrer's attribution, or create attribution without a person's informed action.
Referred-Customer Offer
For an eligible monthly subscription, the referred customer receives 50% off the first monthly subscription invoice. For an eligible yearly subscription, the customer receives a one-time first-invoice discount equal to 50% of that plan's normal monthly price. The yearly offer is not 50% off the yearly price.
The referral discount applies once, does not repeat on renewals, has no cash value, and cannot be sold, transferred, or combined with another promotion unless Dropship Calendar expressly allows it. Taxes and any non-eligible charges are not discounted unless required by law or expressly shown at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-disclosed normal renewal price and billing interval unless canceled before renewal. The signup plan page and Stripe Checkout show the first charge and renewal terms before payment. A referred customer does not become a Referral Program participant merely by using a referral offer.
Commission Earnings
Under this program version, an eligible referrer may earn 30% of eligible monthly subscription revenue or 15% of eligible yearly subscription revenue collected from a qualified referred customer. Commissions can accrue only during the first six calendar months of the attributed subscription. A cancellation stops commissions on future invoices, and a reactivation or plan change does not begin a new earning window.
Eligible subscription revenue is positive, non-tax cash revenue actually collected for eligible Dropship Calendar subscription lines on the attributed subscription. It excludes taxes, Stripe or other processing fees, unrelated or one-time items, gift or promotional credits, uncollected amounts, refunded or disputed amounts, negative prorations, and any amount that is duplicated, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible.
Commission is calculated per eligible invoice in the smallest currency unit and rounded to the nearest unit using half-up rounding. An invoice is within the earning window when the eligible subscription service period begins before the earning window expires, even if a later payment retry collects it afterward.
No earnings are guaranteed. Estimates, dashboard balances, ranks, and notices remain subject to validation, reconciliation, correction, refund, dispute, fraud, legal, account-standing, and program-compliance review.
Qualification And Balance Statuses
A commission normally remains pending for 30 days after the eligible payment. It becomes available only if the payment and referral remain eligible and no refund, dispute, fraud hold, legal hold, or other disqualifying event exists.
Pending earnings are recorded but cannot be settled. Available earnings may be eligible for cash payout or subscription-credit redemption. Held earnings are excluded while a review is unresolved. Scheduled earnings are reserved for an approved cash-payout process. Earnings applying as credit are reserved while Stripe's result is confirmed. Reversed earnings are no longer payable.
A referral counts toward rank only after its first eligible paid invoice survives the qualification period. Qualified-referral counts and balances may be corrected if a referral or payment later becomes refunded, disputed, duplicated, self-referred, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible.
Cash Payouts
The minimum available balance for a cash payout is $50.00 USD. Pending, held, scheduled, reversed, and credit-reserved amounts do not count toward that minimum. Meeting the minimum does not create an immediate right to transfer; cash payouts are prepared in monthly batches and remain subject to account, referral, payment, compliance, Stripe capability, and final preflight review.
Eligible members must complete Stripe Connect onboarding and maintain an enabled payout account. Stripe may request identity, business, bank, debit-card, sanctions, and tax information. Dropship Calendar does not control Stripe's onboarding decisions, capabilities, payout timing, bank processing, or availability.
A scheduled payout remains unpaid until its transfer is confirmed. Dropship Calendar may remove or hold a scheduled amount before transfer if the profile, relationship, commission, refund, dispute, fraud, legal, or payout state is no longer eligible. Failed or uncertain transfers may remain under review until safely reconciled.
Subscription-Credit Option Below $50
When your available balance is greater than $0 but less than $50, the dashboard may offer an option to redeem all available earnings dollar-for-dollar as Dropship Calendar subscription credit. This option does not require Stripe Connect. You cannot choose a partial amount, another person, another Stripe Customer, or a particular invoice or subscription.
After Stripe confirms the redemption, the credit is added to your Dropship Calendar Stripe customer balance and automatically applies to the next eligible invoice that Stripe finalizes for that customer. It does not change an invoice that is already finalized. If the credit exceeds the next invoice, Stripe may carry the remaining balance forward under its customer-balance rules.
Subscription credit is an additional payment, not a subscription discount, and generally does not reduce the taxable amount of an invoice. It has no cash value after conversion, cannot be withdrawn, transferred, gifted, refunded, or moved to another Stripe Customer, and cannot later be converted into a cash payout.
The conversion is final once confirmed. If Stripe's result is delayed or uncertain, the amount may remain reserved or under review until reconciliation is complete. Closing or canceling your account does not convert unused subscription credit into cash, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Refunds, Disputes, Reversals, And Recoveries
Refunds, credit notes, disputes, chargebacks, payment failures, fraud findings, duplicate transactions, and other billing corrections may reduce, hold, or reverse the related commission and qualified-referral count. Dropship Calendar may make proportional or transaction-specific adjustments based on the eligible subscription revenue affected.
If an ineligible amount has already been paid in cash or redeemed as subscription credit, Dropship Calendar may record a recovery, offset it against future referral earnings, hold future settlement, or request repayment where permitted by law. We will not automatically debit a connected bank account solely because the underlying customer payment was later reversed.
A previously consumed Aquiline reward is not automatically clawed back solely because a qualified-referral count is later corrected, but suspicious, abusive, duplicated, or mistaken rewards may be reviewed and corrected under the applicable Aquiline and account rules.
Ranks And Program Rewards
The current ranks are Plug at 1 qualified referral, Keyholder at 5 qualified referrals, and Kingpin at 10 qualified referrals. Keyholder includes a one-time award of 50 Aquiline Conversion Credits. Kingpin includes a one-time award of 100 Aquiline Conversion Credits and a separately fulfilled 1,000-product entitlement.
Ranks are recognition and reward layers over the same direct-referral program. They do not create multiple commission levels, downlines, teams, employment, ownership, or a right to commission on another referrer's activity. Operational perks may require manual review and fulfillment and have no cash value unless expressly stated.
Required Disclosures And Honest Promotion
Whenever you share or endorse Dropship Calendar using your referral link, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose your financial relationship close to the link or recommendation. A suitable plain-language disclosure is: “I may earn a commission if you subscribe through this link.” The words “affiliate link” alone may not be sufficient.
Your statements must be honest, based on your actual experience, and not misleading. You may describe only current offers and supported product capabilities. You may not promise income, guaranteed results, repeating discounts, guaranteed payouts, or product outcomes that Dropship Calendar does not substantiate.
You are responsible for following applicable advertising, endorsement, privacy, anti-spam, telemarketing, platform, and community rules wherever you share. A platform's built-in disclosure tool does not replace any additional disclosure needed to make the financial relationship clear.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not refer yourself; create, control, fund, or pay for a referred account; use replacement or duplicate accounts; use another person's identity, email, payment method, tax information, or payout destination; or coordinate transactions primarily to generate a discount, commission, rank, or reward.
You may not send unsolicited bulk messages or automated direct messages; use adware, spyware, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, misleading ads, fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, deceptive earnings claims, or impersonation; obscure your material connection; or post where referral links are prohibited.
You may not impersonate Dropship Calendar or its staff, imply an employment or agency relationship, register confusingly similar domains or accounts, purchase or bid on Dropship Calendar trademarks or brand terms, or run paid search, paid social, or other paid promotion using our brand unless Dropship Calendar gives prior written permission.
You may not manipulate attribution, interfere with another member's referral, exploit errors, reverse engineer program controls, disclose private referral or customer information, or use the program in any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful manner.
Review, Suspension, And Termination
Dropship Calendar may investigate activity, request reasonable supporting information, hold earnings, delay settlement, disqualify referrals, correct balances or ranks, suspend referral access, or terminate participation when we reasonably believe these terms, law, payment rules, or platform rules may have been violated or when activity creates fraud, legal, payment, security, operational, or reputational risk.
A suspended referral profile cannot create new attributed signups. Historical records are retained for audit and reconciliation. Undisputed earnings that remain eligible after review will continue to be handled under the applicable program version, payout requirements, recovery rights, and law; suspension does not validate an otherwise ineligible commission.
You may stop sharing at any time. Dropship Calendar may suspend or end the program. Any unclaimed balance will be handled under these terms, our reasonable verification and recovery procedures, and applicable unclaimed-property or other law. No balance is forfeited solely because it remains below the cash-payout minimum while the program continues and the account remains eligible.
Taxes And Records
Referral earnings and non-cash rewards may be taxable compensation. You are responsible for determining and paying taxes applicable to you and for providing accurate tax information when requested. Choosing subscription credit instead of cash does not mean the reward is tax-free.
Dropship Calendar or Stripe may require tax documentation, apply backup withholding, report payments or rewards, or delay settlement as required by law. Stripe's collection of identity or tax information does not transfer your tax obligations or Dropship Calendar's reporting responsibilities.
Our referral ledger, Stripe records, payment records, and audit history determine program balances and settlements, subject to correction for demonstrated error. You should keep your own copies of relevant disclosures, referral records, and tax documents.
Independent Relationship
Participation does not create employment, an agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, fiduciary relationship, sales-representative relationship, or authority to bind Dropship Calendar. You choose whether, when, and how to share, subject to these terms, and you bear your own costs and responsibilities.
You may not make commitments, warranties, refunds, support promises, or representations on behalf of Dropship Calendar or claim access to confidential information, customer accounts, pricing authority, or company decision-making.
Privacy
The Dropship Calendar Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information. Referral records may include attribution, account, transaction, device, payment-risk, payout-status, and compliance data needed to operate, secure, audit, and reconcile the program.
The dashboard may limit or mask information about referred customers. Participation does not give you ownership of, or a right to access, a referred person's account, identity, billing data, subscription records, or support communications.
Program Changes
Dropship Calendar may create future program versions with different discounts, rates, windows, thresholds, eligibility, rewards, settlement options, or terms. New commercial terms generally apply prospectively through a new version and effective date; previously attributed referrals remain associated with their recorded version, subject to reconciliation, compliance, law, and these terms.
We may make changes needed to comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, protect users or the service, respond to Stripe or other provider requirements, correct errors, or address security and operational risk. Continued participation after a new version becomes effective constitutes acceptance for later referrals under that version.
Disclaimers And Liability
The Referral Program is provided subject to the disclaimers, warranty exclusions, liability limitations, indemnity obligations, dispute provisions, and governing terms in the Dropship Calendar Terms of Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dropship Calendar is not responsible for lost attribution caused by unsupported flows, browser settings, third-party platforms, network failures, Stripe availability, or conduct outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
